Aston sessions

A regular session is generally 90 minutes long. Occasionally, sessions can be as short as 60 minutes or as long as 2 hours. $60 - $120

Craniosacral

Generally sessions last one hour, but can be extended when necessary. $60 - $90

Intuitive

These sessions generally arise from either an Aston session or a craniosacral session, and are charged according to the amount of time spent. $60 - $120

Classes

Beginning classes require 10 weeks commitment. Ongoing classes are offered in 5 week segments. I request 5 weeks notice if not continuing. Beginning: $175 per 10 wks Ongoing: $75 per 5 wks
