In the Aston Fitness classes, I use a variety of equipment, all of which can be easily adapted to use
in a home environment: Simple hand and leg weights, bungee resistance cords with handles, paddles and belts, pulley cords, mats, wedges, a bar. All equipment is easily modified to fit each individual.
You will be surprised and delighted by the ways in which you can feel and work with the integration of different parts of your body, while learning concepts such as 'dynamic base of support', 'cooperative movement', 'matching dimension', and 'moving through the joint'. |
